Afinal, ela tem 40 anos de experi\u00eancia no universo do Pilates e foi a \u00fanica at\u00e9 hoje a ser treinada por 4 Elders \u2013 disc\u00edpulos diretos de Joseph. Ela mesma relatou, em confer\u00eancia em junho de 2017,\u00a0 que nem ela ou seus mestres solicitava a contra\u00e7\u00e3o do abd\u00f4men. Isso \u00e9 bastante diferente do costume brasileiro. Fa\u00e7o eu a men\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o Brasil. Tamb\u00e9m j\u00e1 fui treinada na Europa onde n\u00e3o era solicitada essa rigidez de tronco atrav\u00e9s da contra\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e1xima do Power House, algo que pode estar relacionado \u00e0 dor lombar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mas por que o destaque sobre a quest\u00e3o de rigidez, mobilidade e estabilidade? Por que colocamos evid\u00eancia a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o da contra\u00e7\u00e3o do abd\u00f4men?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vamos l\u00e1, uma explica\u00e7\u00e3o por vez.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Lembremos da pesquisa de Hodges, que nos trouxe grandes contribui\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o assunto. Na verdade, n\u00e3o \u00e9 o abd\u00f4men e t\u00e3o somente ele que garante a melhora na dor lombar ou outro equil\u00edbrio corporal. Como ele nos disse, s\u00e3o v\u00e1rios m\u00fasculos trabalhando em perfeita orquestra muscular. Portanto, eles nos trazem o equil\u00edbrio entre a rigidez e a mobilidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Portanto, devemos desmistificar o grande trabalho de abdominais para tentar fortalecer a lombar e recuper\u00e1-la de algum desequil\u00edbrio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tratando-se dos tipos de coluna <\/a>citados acima, eis que nos surge um dilema. Devo tratar usando mais de estabilidade ou mobilidade? Nossa coluna deve ser est\u00e1vel o suficiente para suportar as for\u00e7as gravitacionais e m\u00f3vel o suficiente para ser flex\u00edvel. Se estas curvaturas forem equilibradas, maior energia potencial se produz e menor ser\u00e1 o risco de les\u00f5es. Equlibrio ent\u00e3o nos parece ser a palavra chave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Em nossas aulas de Pilates devemos primeiramente observar que tipo de coluna <\/a>tem este nosso aluno. Geralmente um aluno que chega at\u00e9 nos com dor lombar, pode apresentar \u00e1reas com rigidez por compensa\u00e7\u00e3o em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a dor, isto n\u00e3o \u00e9 regra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Portanto devo continuar, ao observar nosso aluno, veremos se a coluna dele \u00e9 mais flex\u00edvel, com curvaturas acentuadas (tipo dinamica) ou se \u00e9 mais estatica, menos m\u00f3vel (tipo estativa).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coluna do tipo din\u00e2mica<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Na coluna do tipo din\u00e2mica<\/strong> devemos priorizar o trabalho de estabilidade, eu disse, priorizar. Jamais podemos esquecer do equil\u00edbrio, portanto sim, devemos trabalhar tamb\u00e9m a fim de que esta coluna n\u00e3o perca sua flexibilidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Neste caso ent\u00e3o poder\u00edamos lan\u00e7ar m\u00e3o de uma trabalho global onde entraria brilhantemente nosso famoso transverso do abd\u00f4men.  Lembrando que deveremos lan\u00e7ar m\u00e3o de v\u00e1rios grupos musculares, uma vez que trabalham juntos no objetivo de estabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tratando-se de transverso do abd\u00f4men, como voc\u00ea solicita esta contra\u00e7\u00e3o para seu aluno?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • M\u00e1xima contra\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/li>
  • Levar o umbigo nas costas?<\/li>
  • Ao posicionar o seu dedo pr\u00f3ximo e adentro da crista il\u00edaca, pedir para contrair o abd\u00f4men saltando seu dedo para cima?<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Passe uma borracha em todas essas formas equivocadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    O transverso do abd\u00f4men n\u00e3o esta atr\u00e1s do umbigo, alias, atr\u00e1s do umbigo temos a potente aponeurose e n\u00e3o o m\u00fasculo em si. Quem faz saltar o dedo para fora \u00e9 a contra\u00e7\u00e3o dos obl\u00edquos e n\u00e3o do transverso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Nada de solicitar m\u00e1xima contra\u00e7\u00e3o de Transverso, se lembram? N\u00e3o queremos rigidez, queremos apenas estabilidade, ainda assim posso lembr\u00e1-los que o Transverso possui 68%  de fibras do tipo I. Ou seja, por composi\u00e7\u00e3o, sua maioria s\u00e3o fibras de resist\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Uma contra\u00e7\u00e3o suave j\u00e1 \u00e9 capaz de gerar estabilidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Aplanar o abd\u00f4men, levando-o suavemente para dentro em toda sua faixa abdominal, ativara o Transverso do abd\u00f4men.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Coluna do tipo est\u00e1tica<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    J\u00e1 na coluna do tipo est\u00e1tica<\/strong>, devemos preconizar o trabalho de mobilidade; devolver fun\u00e7\u00e3o aos m\u00fasculos e estruturas corp\u00f3reas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Aqui deixo uma dica que acredito ser de grande valia para o trabalho de mobilidade da coluna lombar (devemos analisar e trabalhar todo o restante da coluna tamb\u00e9m). Na lombar especificamente, podemos mobiliza-la da seguinte forma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Imagine seu aluno no Cadillac (ou em qualquer outro aparelho ou solo) fazendo o exerc\u00edcio Spine Strech , alinhe-o de acordo com os princ\u00edpios da postura e distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de carga corporal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Sentado sob os \u00edsquios<\/li>
    • Sentir se o corpo est\u00e1 pendendo mais para um lado do quadril (de um \u00edsquio) que para o outro e assim achar ferramentas internas sens\u00edveis a se auto reajustar e reequilibrar o peso do corpo para ambos os lados de forma homog\u00eanea.<\/li>
    • Sentir e alinhar os ombros, sem que um esteja na frente do outro e pr\u00f3ximos a orelha, estamos aqui buscando sempre a simetria do corpo e dando essas informa\u00e7\u00f5es proprioceptivas ao sistema nervoso Central.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Agora sim; no Spine Strech se v\u00ea muitos trabalhos err\u00f4neos. Como o pr\u00f3prio nome diz, \u00e9 um alongamento, mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da coluna e n\u00e3o dos isquiotibiais. Portanto n\u00e3o se trata simplesmente de mergulhar a frente e abaixo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Ap\u00f3s acertar o posicionamento inicial, solicitemos que o aluno afaste as costelas das cristas il\u00edacas, aumentando este espa\u00e7o. Depois o colocamos a pensar que sob suas costelas existe uma barra imagin\u00e1ria e que ao levar seu tronco superior em flex\u00e3o, o fa\u00e7a passando por cima desta barra sem que encoste nela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Podemos colocar de fato uma barra material como fonte proprioceptiva. Assim ele n\u00e3o mergulhar\u00e1 alongando isquiotibiais e estar\u00e1 trabalhando efetivamente a mobilidade da coluna, sobretudo a lombar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      O que isso nos diz sobre Pilates aplicado \u00e0 dor lombar?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Pilates \u00e9 feito de detalhes, precisamos estar atento n\u00e3o somente a exames radiol\u00f3gicos ou o foco da dor em si, mas sabermos olhar este corpo como um todo, analisando como esta a qualidade de movimento desse corpo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
